I'm visiting my mother-in-law in Syracuse this coming weekend. I was
hoping to get in a few letterboxes. The ones placed by Saint George
state that due to heavy winters, the boxes will only be available from
late April/mid-May to November. Is this mid-May enough? Are the
boxes in place?
